Our production lines are mainly in clutch, manual valve, clutch booster pump, brake chamber, starter, pulley, senor valve, air pump, fuel and etc. OEM for Dongfeng Electronic Technology Braking systems, Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Chassis Co., Ltd., Danjiang Special Vehicle, Wunan Heavy Duty Industry.
During many years of experience in auto manufacturing industry and jointed development with Dongfeng, at present, we are able and capable to develop and produce more than 600,000 sets annually. Through the latest imported equipment applied in production and inspection from beginning to end strictly. In addition, we are an ISO9000:2000 co***ny.
Now, we are using two intensive consoles, more than 100 units of CNC lathes, over 10 units of 160T-400T press forming machine, all standard moulds are made in-house. All OEM aluminum alloy, and zinc alloy articles are welcome, all products are accordingly to drawings and/or physical sample(s).
